Pam Percival has worked in executive roles within the insurance industry for 40 years. But it was a series of personal losses that sealed her appreciation for the business she loves. “When I lost my husband and parents 10 years ago,” explains Pam, who is senior vice president at American Classic Agency (ACA), “the life insurance and long-term care insurance planning we had done saved me financially.”
