Blacks Uplifted in Leadership Development, or BUILD, was chartered to commit to the increase of Black agents and leaders in our industry. BUILD’s mission is to develop Financial Services Professionals to bridge the gap in financial disparities in the Black Community, provide proactive education to address community stigmas and dispelling myths, and foster a community of trust and connections through a network of resources in the industry to empower our community to thrive and close the wealth gap.
The Women of ACA are celebrating 16 years of providing this FREE event, held at The Harborside Hotel in Oxon Hill, to empower women of the community with education on a wide variety of topics but specially addressing topics that affect all women in all walks of life.
