Courtney Ruffin

Courtney Ruffin has worked in the insurance industry since 1998, beginning his career in corporate America with a focus on operations and sales performance analytics. In 2018, he transitioned into financial services, earned his health and life insurance license, and began working in final expense sales. Driven by a passion for helping others, Courtney joined American Classic Agency in 2019, stepping into a role that allowed him to grow while making a meaningful impact for the families he serves.

Today, Courtney is Deputy Agency Marketing Director, supporting clients with legacy planning, closing retirement gaps, business succession planning, and strategies designed to protect income and build long-term security. His mission is centered on helping people gain peace of mind and financial freedom through education and practical solutions.

Courtney also invests heavily in community empowerment. He is involved with BUILD through National Life Group and serves as advisory chairman of the board and resident financial consultant for the Tampa Bay Black Owned Business List, a nonprofit with more than 5,000 members. Recognized as a top producer at ACA, he’s a member of the ACA Leadership Council, has earned the ACA Classic Club Ring, and continues to grow as an Organization Manager. He’s also a proud husband to Raichelle and a devoted father and grandfather.
